Spencer Carey Cvitanov

Dr. Scvitano completed his PHD in Number theory, specifically Iwasawa Theory. Much of his work is concerned with non-Archimedean linear algebra. HIs advisor was Nancy Childress of Arizona State University.

More specifically his work was in the ad joint operator of Iwasawa Theory. There is a critical isomorphism that relies upon the twist of this module. Therefore his research attempted to determine when certain modules were "self adjoint".

Much his research was based on Japanese researchers, Sumida, Murakami, Koike, etc..
