My position as an instructor in the Mathematics Department focuses on mentoring, curriculum development, assessment and instruction. I am a member of a three committee team that mentors Graduate Teaching Assistants. Additionally, I am a lead programmer for the quiz questions and assessments administered through the Math Emporium. I recognize the lasting, positive effect that getting off to a good start in the first semester of college has on a student's undergraduate career, and support this through my role as the Math 1225 Readiness Coordinator. When in the classroom, my favorite courses to teach are Multivariable Calculus and Introduction to Proofs.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, a professor in SPES, and our two daughters. We spend most of our free time hiking, paddleboarding and traveling the world!
