Interests
I am interested in
scientific computing and fluid
mechanics. Currently my research focuses on the numerical simulation of moving
contact lines.
- Numerical Methods
-
Finite Difference, Finite Volume,
Finite Element, and Spectral methods.
-
Numerical methods for interfacial
flows: phase-field, level-set, volume of fluid (VOF), and Marker
and Cell (MAC) methods.
-
Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method for moving boundary
problems (including free surface flows).
-
Physical Problems
-
Drop/bubble dynamics in complex fluids (e.g., viscoelastic liquids
and liquid crystals)
-
Polymer foaming
-
Polymer coextrusion
-
Moving contact line
-
Microfluidics
-
Biofluids
-
Water transport
in Polymer Electrolyte Membrane (PEM) Fuel Cells
