*      What is Islam?
Islam is the total submission to the only one true God (Allah), to his will and to his directions, in your whole life.
Islam is not only a religion, but it is a way of life that guides the person to the best way to live, by worshiping the true God, the Lord of all the creation and the entire universe.

*      Who is God in Islam? (Allah)
Allah is the one and the unique God. He is the creator of the human being, the creator of all the creatures and the entire universe. Since he is our Lord, and since he created us, he is the only one that is worthy to be worshiped. There is no true God worthy to be worshiped except him.

Muhammad (May Allah’s blessing and peace be upon him) is the last prophet of the unique true God (Allah). He is the messenger of Allah to all mankind, to guide them (the mankind) to the right path, the path of Allah

*      What is the Holy Quran?

The Holy Quran is the words of the one true God (Allah) to all the mankind. It was revealed in Arabic language. The Angel Jibril (Peace be upon him), brought these words from Allah to the messenger Muhammad. So, each single word in the Quran is the word of Allah, and Allah will protect it by his power from any change. A huge number of Muslims memorize it by heart, and always the number of Muslim memorizing it increases, so that it is protected from being lost or modified. That was the case since more than 1400 years, and it will remain so until the Day of Judgment, because as we said Allah will protect his book from any single modification.

01.03. The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
01.04. The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)

01.07. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your anger, nor of those who went astray.

02.255. Allah! (God) None has the right to be worshipped but He, the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

051.56. I have only created Jinns and human beings, that they may worship Me.

051.57. No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me.

051.58. For God is He Who gives (all) Sustenance (Lord of Power), Steadfast (for ever).

*      Some scientific proofs that the Quran is from God (Allah):

The Quran is the words of Allah. It mentioned, since more than 14 centuries, many scientific rules and facts that have been known only in the 20th century. When the Quran was revealed people did not know anything about these facts. Only the scientific inventions of the 20th and 21st century put the light on the powerful meaning of the verses talking about these scientific facts in the Quran. This proves that the Quran is from Allah, it is actually the words of Allah.
Many scientific facts are mentioned in the Quran, here some of them:

1.      The detailed steps of creation of the human being in the Quran:

023.012 Man We did create from a quintessence (of clay);

023.013 Then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed;

023.014 Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a (foetus) lump; then we made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then we developed out of it another creature. So blessed be God, the best to create!

023.015 After that, at length ye will die

023.016 Again, on the Day of Judgment, will ye be raised up.

2.      The accumulation of clouds and the detailed process of rain in the Quran:

024.043 Didn’t you see that Allah (God) makes the clouds move gently, then joins them together, then makes them into a heap? Then you see rain issue forth from their midst. And He sends down from the sky mountain masses (of clouds) wherein is hail: He strikes therewith whom He pleases and He turns it away from whom He pleases, the vivid flash of His lightning well-nigh blinds the sight.

024.044 It is God Who alternates the Night and the Day: verily in these things is an instructive example for those who have vision!

024.045 And God has created every animal from water: of them there are some that creep on their bellies; some that walk on two legs; and some that walk on four. God creates what He wills for verily God has power over all things.

024.046 Verily We have sent down revelations and explained them. Allah guideth whom He will unto a straight path

3.      The expansion of the universe:

51-047. We have built the heaven with might, and verily, it is We Who are steadily expending it.

4.      The locations of the stars: In fact Allah swears by the locations of stars, NOT by the stars themselves. In fact, science proved that what we see when we look to the sky are the locations of the stars sometimes ago, not the star in its actual position at that time. Because stars are so far, the light takes time to reaches the earth. Then, for moving stars, what we see when we look to the sky is actually its previous location. It is even the case for the sun, because its light takes more than 3 minutes to reaches us, so what we see in the sky is not actually the sun, but the location of the sun, 3 minutes ago. Also, when a star is destroyed and is totally disappeared, we keep seeing it, and we cease observing its location in the sky only sometime (can be days and months) after its disappearing.  Here the whole verse of the Quran talking about that:

56.75. So, I swear by the places of the stars

56.76. And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know.

56.77. That (this) is indeed an honorable recital (the Noble Qur'an).

56.78. In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven).

56.79. Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels).

56.80. A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds.
