- Behavioral systems theory. Starting with the Summer of 2005 I have begun a course of reading to become familiar with behavioral systems theory and the areas necessary to extend to multiple dimensions.
Past Research Topics
- Finite element mesh optimization for parallel computing. In the Spring of 2004 I developed some code that bootstrapped off of the ParMETIS package for partitioning FEM meshes. The algorithms are discussed in a paper I wrote about the matter. (pdf)
- Discrete biological networks. Me and Brandy Stigler wrote a paper and did some analysis of hypercube projection methods for systems of ODEs. (pdf)
- GenOS. In highschool me and a group of friends wrote an operating system for the x386 processor. The operating systems was called GenOS and worked on a clever virtual interrupt system. (pdf)
