About Christy
I am a 2nd year graduate student in the math department at Virginia Tech. This semester I am teaching a calculus course (Math 1205). In past semesters, I have worked at the Math Emporium, graded for a large lecture section of Discrete Math (Math 2534), and led recitation sections for Vector Geometry (Math 1224).
I was born in Overland Park, Kansas, but raised here in Blacksburg, Virginia. I love Hokie football, Braves baseball, playing the piano and guitar, listening to music, scrapbooking, and hanging out with my friends and family.
