The first 'Mathematics - Opportunities in Research and Education' Meeting will take place at Virginia Tech on October 26-27, 2019. The purpose of this conference is to bring together undergraduate students interested in mathematics for a weekend to learn about opportunities in research and education. The participants will have the opportunity to attend lectures by leading mathematicians, engage in hands-on activities related to cutting-edge mathematical research, interact with graduate students, and attend panels on research, summer opportunities and the pathway to mathematical careers.

The application page is here. The deadline for applying is September 15th, 2019. You will be notified by September 23rd, 2019 if you have been accepted.
